REJURAN® / Skin Rejuvenation
"PN Skin Booster Designed to Support the Skin’s Natural Regenerative Environment"
A personalized skin rejuvenation program that delivers polynucleotide (PN) into the dermis to support skin recovery and improve the appearance of skin texture, elasticity, fine lines, hydration, and overall skin quality.

What Is REJURAN®?
REJURAN® is a polynucleotide-based injectable treatment designed to improve the overall skin environment. Salmon-derived polynucleotide (PN) is delivered into the dermis to support the skin’s natural repair and regenerative processes.
How Does REJURAN® Work?
PN delivered into the dermis supports an environment associated with fibroblast activity and collagen remodeling. This may help improve the appearance of skin texture, elasticity, fine lines, hydration, and overall skin quality over time.
What Is REJURAN® Healer?
REJURAN® Healer is designed for full-face skin rejuvenation. It is commonly selected for patients concerned about uneven skin texture, reduced elasticity, fine lines, and an overall decline in skin quality.
What Is REJURAN® i?
REJURAN® i is formulated for delicate areas with thin skin, particularly the eye area. It may help improve the appearance of fine lines, crepey texture, and reduced firmness around the eyes.
What Is REJURAN® HB Plus?
REJURAN® HB Plus combines PN with hyaluronic acid and lidocaine. Hyaluronic acid supports hydration, while lidocaine is included to reduce injection-related discomfort compared with the original formulation.
What Is REJURAN® s?
REJURAN® s has a higher-viscosity formulation designed for scars and localized depressed areas. It may be considered for selected atrophic acne scars or focal skin depressions after an individual assessment.
Which Delivery Methods Are Available?
REJURAN® may be administered through manual intradermal injections or with an injector such as HYCOOX. The POTENZA Pumping Tip may also be considered to support even distribution through its microneedle pumping mechanism. The appropriate method is selected according to skin condition, treatment area, and individual goals.
Why Is Personalized Treatment Planning Important?
The most appropriate REJURAN® formulation, injection depth, dosage, and delivery method vary depending on skin thickness, sensitivity, treatment area, and primary skin concerns. A personalized plan helps provide balanced and natural-looking skin rejuvenation.

FAQ
What benefits can I expect from REJURAN®?
REJURAN® supports the skin’s regenerative environment and may improve the appearance of skin texture, elasticity, fine lines, hydration, and overall skin quality.
How many REJURAN® treatments are recommended?
The recommended number varies according to individual skin condition. A series of approximately three or more sessions at intervals of three to four weeks is commonly recommended.
Is REJURAN® treatment painful?
Some discomfort may occur because the product is injected into the dermis. REJURAN® HB Plus, which contains lidocaine, or additional pain-management and injector options may be considered to reduce treatment-related discomfort.
Can REJURAN® be administered with the POTENZA Pumping Tip or HYCOOX?
Yes. Depending on skin condition and treatment goals, HYCOOX or the POTENZA Pumping Tip may be used to support controlled and even product delivery. The appropriate delivery method is determined after consultation.
How long do the injection bumps last?
Small raised bumps may temporarily appear where the product has been placed in the dermis. Depending on the injection method, dosage, and individual skin response, they generally subside within several hours to approximately one to three days.
Can REJURAN® be performed after laser treatment?
REJURAN® may be incorporated into a post-laser skin recovery program in selected cases. The appropriate timing and treatment method depend on the type of laser procedure and the current condition of the skin.
