Why Is Combination Treatment Used?

Melasma, freckles, solar lentigines, and post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation may occur at different depths and respond differently to treatment. Combining complementary laser wavelengths and supportive skincare may allow multiple pigment patterns and skin-quality concerns to be addressed within one structured program.

Why Is an Individual Pigment Assessment Important?

Pigmentation can worsen when treatment intensity, wavelength, or frequency is not appropriate for the skin condition. A careful assessment is needed to distinguish pigment types, evaluate recurrence risk, and adjust the treatment plan safely.

FAQ

01

What types of pigmentation may benefit from these packages?

The programs may be used for selected cases of melasma, freckles, sun spots, post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation, and uneven skin tone. The most suitable package is selected after evaluating pigment type, depth, distribution, and skin condition.

02

What is the difference between the SHORT, MIDDLE, and LONG programs?

The programs differ in duration, treatment combinations, and the range of laser and supportive skincare procedures included. The appropriate option depends on the complexity of the pigmentation, skin sensitivity, and individual treatment goals.

03

How many treatments will I need?

The programs are generally performed once per week for five, eight, or ten weeks. The recommended schedule may be adjusted according to the skin’s response and the type of pigmentation being treated.

04

Is it safe to receive several laser treatments in one program?

Multiple procedures may be combined when their settings, order, and intensity are carefully adjusted to the patient’s skin condition. Not every listed treatment is necessarily performed at full intensity during every session.

05

Can I return to normal activities immediately after treatment?

Most patients can resume normal daily activities and apply light makeup on the same day. Temporary redness, warmth, sensitivity, or mild flaking may occur depending on the procedures included.

Precautions

Temporary redness, warmth, mild swelling, or sensitivity may occur and generally improves within several hours to approximately two days.
Treated pigmentation may temporarily appear darker or develop fine micro-crusts during the recovery process.
Do not scratch, pick, or forcibly remove flaking skin or micro-crusts, as this may increase the risk of irritation and post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation.
Keep the skin well moisturized and apply broad-spectrum sunscreen consistently to help reduce sun-related darkening and pigment recurrence.
Avoid scrubs, exfoliating acids, peels, retinoids, and other irritating skincare products for approximately one week after treatment.
Follow the specific aftercare instructions provided for each session, as precautions may vary according to the combination of treatments performed.
Contact your medical provider if persistent pain, worsening redness, blistering, drainage, marked swelling, or other unusual symptoms develop.
